Ingredients:
1 cup of your choice of pancake mix
½ cup of water
½ cup of Rodgers’ Banana Pudding Sauce
1 medium banana
Step 1: Mash the medium sized banana in the bottom of your container.
Step 2: Add 1 cup of dry pancake mix.
Step 3: Add ½ cup of water and ½ cup of Rodgers’ Banana Pudding Sauce to
the mix.
Step 4: Stir vigorously until the mix is well blended.
Step 5: Add your butter or non-stick spray to your skillet. Warm your
skillet to medium heat.
Step 6: Pour the desired amount of pancake mix into the warm skillet to
make 4-6 medium sized pancakes.
Step 7: Serve warm and enjoy!
Optional: Instead of pancake syrup, try warmed Rodgers’ Banana Pudding
